LOAN MANAGEMENT
ATTENTION!
Making a bank transfer does not complete your loan payment with our company. After transfering funds to our bank account, you must complete your loan payment transaction at the shop where you received your loan.
NOTICE!
Your bank transfer and your loan payment transaction must be completed on the same day or the payment amount due may have changed, your payment transaction may not be processed, and your account may be overdue.
MAKING PAYMENTS AND BANK TRANSFERS
If you transfer funds to our bank account, you must provide your bank transfer details to the management staff at the pawn shop where you received your loan. You can do this in one of the following ways.
- Visit the shop directly
- Call the shop directly
- Chat with an assistant on our Line Official Account – Note! All late, or time sensitive matters must be managed directly with the shop where you received your loan. Line Support can not manage urgent matters on your behalf.
If the deposited funds are sufficient to cover your minimum interest payment, and the payment is verified, and the transaction is completed on time, the shop manager will issue a new pawn ticket. The new pawn ticket must be retrieved at your earliest convenience.
GET YOUR RECEIPT
You must bring your original documents to the shop and retrieve your new pawn ticket as soon as possible. If you received assistance via our Line support, you must request a copy of the new pawn ticket via Line chat. Visit the shop at your next convenience, present the copy, and retrieve your official pawn ticket. Always retain all records, including photos.

MINIMUM PAYMENTS
When making payments, the minimum amount due is all unpaid interest since your last payment. If this is your first payment, it is all unpaid interest since your loan was issued. Your bank transfer and your loan payment transaction must be completed on the same day or the minimum payment due may have increased.
If your payment does not cover your minimum amount due, you must transfer any remaining funds and, if delayed, any additional interest accrued at the time the payment is transacted at the shop.
CALCULATE INTEREST
If you are ready to make a payment and need help calculating your interest, please have your pawn ticket ready, we’ll need full page photos of both sides.
